Lee Aerospace is a busy and growing manufacturing company in Wichita KS. In business since 1989, facility is over 146,000 sq feet and employs several hundred people. Their speciality product is an anti fog window that greatly improves pilot visibility.
Recently the aerospace facility had a slight upgrade. Glass vestibules were installed outside two key employee entrances. And while this may seem like a minor change, the difference is more than slight. When it comes to the weather in Kansas, you can’t tell what may be coming next. So between the wind, rain, sleet and snow the vestibules are an important part of keeping the elements out while letting employees in.
The larger of the vestibules is about 267′ long and covers an entry ramp allowing easy access for people who may need a little extra help getting inside or bringing times on dollys out to be delivered. The other, smaller vestibule (a little over 15′ long), covers stairs to an alternative entry.
